At the start of 2021, Leumi UK moved into brand new offices right in the heart of the City of London. The premises at Angel Court now provide staff with a welcoming, collaborative open-plan office space complete with fully serviced facilities.
Our new home at Angel Court has been designed with the evolving needs of our staff in mind, with a view to create a positive, open and productive working environment. We have also adopted a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility to where our staff can work, dividing their time between home and the office.
Outside of work, employees enjoy entertainment and events organised by the staff social committee Leumi Connect. In the past, these have included cocktail nights, theatre trips, sporting events, and much more, as well as yearly Summer and Christmas parties.
With the welfare of our staff a top priority, we have launched a comprehensive wellbeing calendar brimming with events, tips and activities to promote physical and mental wellness throughout the year.
We take the wellbeing of our staff very seriously. Through our comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, we offer a wealth of online learning and bank-wide initiatives, our employees are encouraged and empowered to look after their mental and physical wellbeing.
