- Designed for the purchase or remortgage of UK residential real estate, this mortgage facility is intended for high net worth individuals
- Borrowers must have a minimum net annual income of £300,000, or minimum net assets of £3 million
Facilities are available from a minimum amount of £1m, repayable within a maximum five-year term, renewable at our discretion.
Payments during the life of the mortgage are interest only, with the total due at the end of the mortgage term.
Capital repayments may be made without penalty after the loan has been outstanding for one year.
Additional options – multi-currency
Subject to status, we may be able to offer multi-currency options, usually dollars, euros and other major currencies, to allow the mortgage to be switched during its lifetime. This offer is only available to customers with income or assets in a major currency other than sterling.
We recommend taking independent advice from a suitably qualified person before selecting this option.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage or other loans secured on it. Changes in the exchange rate may increase the Sterling equivalent of your debt.
